Hey! I'm Sierra Flint, a mother of two & a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach!

I’ve been to both ends of the spectrum, underweight, focusing on too much cardio and too little food and constantly anxious to the other side where I gained almost 70 pounds with each pregnancy.

Not only have I been studying and applying fitness and nutrition to clients for almost a decade but I've also lived through and experienced what it takes to get the results.
